Dedicated Lanes

What Is a Dedicated Lane?

A dedicated lane is a fixed freight route that runs regularly between the same pickup and delivery locations, often on a consistent weekly schedule. For drivers and owner-operators, this means reliable miles, steady income, and routes that can be planned around preferred regions, home time, or specific freight types.

With Anywhere Auto Transporthers LLC, you don’t have to search for loads at the last minute or rely on load boards. Our team manages the negotiations, paperwork, and dispatching for you. Dedicated lanes also help build long-term relationships with shippers, which can lead to more stable and profitable opportunities over time.

Why We Charge a $475 Deposit

Security Deposit for New Carriers
Carriers with newly issued Motor Carrier (MC) authority that is less than two years old are required to provide a one-time refundable security deposit of $475. This deposit helps confirm carrier commitment and ensures compliance with our dedicated lane program requirements.

Dedicated Lane Security Deposit

To reserve a dedicated lane, shippers require a $395 refundable security deposit. This deposit confirms the carrier’s commitment and secures the pickup number for the assigned load. The payment can be made through Zelle, Venmo, or Chime.

Once the payment is completed, the driver will immediately receive a refundable payment receipt, along with the Bill of Lading (BOL) and pickup number for the scheduled load.

The full deposit is refunded after the successful completion of the first delivery, ensuring a fair and transparent process for both the carrier and the shipper.

Why Shippers Require a Security Deposit

  • To confirm that the carrier is committed to the assigned load

  • To reserve and secure the pickup number with the shipper

  • To prevent last-minute cancellations or missed pickups

  • To maintain a reliable and organized scheduling process

  • To ensure professionalism and accountability from all carriers

This process helps maintain smooth operations and protects both carriers and shippers while building a reliable transportation network.
